The IIOM UK Members meeting is on Tuesday 1st October, at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon, Lydiard Fields Great Western Way, Swindon, SN5 8UZ. The meeting is kindly sponsored by SiliconExpert.
The networking dinner will take place on Monday 30th September at the hotel.
IIOM UK AGM
The UK AGM will commence at 9.15 am on 1st October. This event is for IIOM UK Members only.
IIOM Member Meeting
The IIOM UK Member meeting on 1st October, will begin at 9.30 am and finish at around 3.30 pm. Guest and New Attendees will be invited to join a short introduction to IIOM at 8.50 am, prior to the Member Meeting.

Meeting Registration – Advance registration is required
Registration opens in July.
Registration terms - Corporate membership includes attendance of 2 people to a member meeting. Individual members who have also paid for the meetings package are able to attend. Individual members who have not purchased the meetings package can pay £50 to attend a meeting. Please email [email protected] if you wish to pay for this meeting attendance.
Accommodation - Ideally book before 16th August
We have organised an allocation of bedrooms at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon on Monday 30th September. The cost of accommodation is £165 on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis based on single occupancy. Please note that the hotel will release half of our bedrooms on 16th August if not booked, and the remainder on 1st September. We recommend booking as early as possible. Bedrooms cancelled after 29th August will be charged in full.

Networking Dinner – book by 1st September
The cost of the networking dinner is included in the Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate.
You will need to indicate your attendance to dinner when registering for the meeting and select your menu choice. Dinner bookings should be made by 1st September, late bookings may be possible.
If you wish to attend the dinner but have not booked your accommodation as part of our block, please contact [email protected] and we will raise an invoice for dinner only. Full payment for dinner only is required by 1st September. The cost of dinner is £38.

Car Parking
Parking is available at the hotel and is free, you will need to register your car registration at reception on arrival, making it clear to the receptionist that you are staying until late afternoon to attend the IIOM Meeting.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bristol (45 miles). The nearest railway station is Swindon (4.5 miles).
