IIOM Members Meeting

The next IIOM Members meeting is kindly sponsored by TLS (a business unit of Allan Webb Ltd).  The meeting will take place on Thursday 14^th February at Bowden Hall Hotel, Bondend Lane, Upton-St-Leonards, Gloucester, GL4 8ED.  The meeting will begin at 9.15 am and finish at around 3.30 pm.

The evening networking event will take place at the hotel on Wednesday 13^th February at 19.30 hrs.  This event will be a buffet meal giving delegates the opportunity to move around and network.

Accommodation -
Bowden Hall Hotel is now fully booked.  Please find alternative hotel accommodation. Nearby hotels are Hatton Court Hotel and the Hallmark Hotel Gloucester

Booking your Accommodation(Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis)
Please call  01452 255012 and select option '3'(Conference Office), please quote booking reference IIOM 13/14 FEB 2019 to book your accommodation.  You will need to secure your booking with a credit card.  Please note that rooms cancelled after midday on 7^th February will be charged in full.

Networking Dinner
The cost of attending the networking buffet dinner is included in the accommodation rate, by booking your accommodation you will automatically be registered for dinner.

Non-residents can book and pay to attend the dinner at a cost of £22 ,bookings need to be made directly with the hotel by 30^th January. Please call 01452 255012 and select option '3' (Conference Office) quoting booking reference IIOM 13 FEB 2019 DINNER ONLY making it clear that you are booking for IIOM Dinner only, you will need to secure your booking with a credit card.  Dinners cancelled after 30th January will be charged in full.

Registration for IIOM Members -  please register yourself, register as shown in items 1 - 8 below:

3. News/Events tab
4. Events
5. Select the members meeting
6. Click on Register Myself (towards the bottom of the screen)
7. Scroll down to the programme and select the programme items you will be attending
8.  Please answer any questions and save

 *   If you have not already signed into the new IIOM website please enter your email address then click on forgotten my password, this will send you an email and give you the opportunity to create your own password or call the IIOM Office on 01727 876029 and they will reset your password for you.

You will not receive a confirmation email; you can view your registration at any time by signing into the site and viewing the event page.
