IIOM Members Meeting - 7th November 2017
The next IIOM Members meeting will take place on Tuesday 7th November 2017 at the Apollo Hotel, Aldermaston Roundabout, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 9NU. The meeting will begin at 9.15 am and finish at around 3.30 pm. The IIOM Networking Dinner will take place on Monday 6th November at 7.30 pm at the hotel.

Accommodation - £125 (Dinner, bed & breakfast basis)
We have arranged an allocation of 60 bedrooms at the Apollo Hotel, Aldermaston Roundabout, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 9NU. Please note that our allocation of accommodation will be reduced significantly on 6th October. If you are able to book your accommodation prior to this date it would be appreciated, availability of rooms can not be guaranteed after this date. Please note that all rooms cancelled after 6th October will be charged in full.

Networking Dinner - Monday 6th November
The networking dinner on Monday 6th November will commence at 7.30 pm at the hotel. The cost of dinner is included in the rate quoted above. This will be a three course seated dinner, please see the choices below. Please advise the hotel of your menu selections when you book your room. The dress code for the dinner is smart casual. Dinners must be booked by Friday 27th October at the latest.
Networking dinner attendance by Non-residents - £31.50
If you wish to join us for the networking dinner but will not be staying at the hotel please call 01256 796797 quoting IIOM Networking dinner only. You will need to provide your menu selections and credit card details, the cost is £31.50. Payment will be taken at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
