IIOM Members Meeting - February 2018

The next IIOM Members meeting is kindly sponsored by Safran Electrical & Power.  The meeting will take place on Tuesday 20th February 2018 at the Hilton Milton Keynes, Timbold Drive, Milton Keynes, MK7 6HL  .  The meeting will begin at 9.30 am and finish at around 4.00 pm.

The evening networking event will take place at the hotel on Monday 19th February at 19.30 hrs.  This event will be a three course seated dinner.  Please see below the menu options.  IIOM are collating menu selections for this meeting, so please indicate your menu choices when registering.  Dinner reservations must be received by 11th February at the latest. The cost of attending this event is included in the accommodation rate below; non-residents can pay to attend the dinner at a cost of £25 and need to prepay the hotel to attend.

HOW TO REGISTER TO ATTEND
Non-Member Registration - if you are not a member but interested in attending a meeting as a guest to find out more about IIOM, please request a guest invitation by emailing [email protected] or calling (0)1727 876029.

STEP 1 -  IIOM Member Registration on IIOM Website
Registration for IIOM Members -  please register yourself, register as shown in items 1 - 8 below:
  1.  Sign in *
  2.  News/Events tab
  3.  Events
  4.  Select the members meeting
  5.  Click on Register Myself
  6.  Please  advise of any special dietary requirement/allergies and save 
  7.  Scroll down to the programme and select the programme items you will be attending
  8.  Select your menu selections if you are attending the dinner, SAVE
  
 *   If you have not already signed into the new IIOM website please enter your email address then click on forgotten my password, this will send you an email and give you the opportunity to create your own password or call the IIOM Office on 01727 876029 and they will reset your password for you.

You will not receive a confirmation email; you can view your registration at any time by signing into the site and viewing the event page.   

STEP 2 - Book your accommodation & Dinner (please see instructions further down the page if you are not staying at the hotel but wish to attend the networking dinner)

Accommodation - book bedrooms by 18th January 2018
We have organised an allocation of bedrooms at the Hilton Milton Keynes, Timbold Drive, Milton Keynes, MK7 6HL. The cost of accommodation is £120, this includes dinner, bed & breakfast.  Please note that the hotel will release all unsold rooms on our allocation on 18th January.  We cannot guarantee availability of accommodation or rates after this date.

Please check that you have selected your menu selections on the IIOM website for the IIOM Networking Dinner as we are collating these for the hotel.  

The hotel have a  21 day cancellation policy, bookings cancelled after 28th January will be charged in full.


STEP 3- Booking Networking dinner only for non-residents -  book by 4th February 2018
The cost of dinner only is £25.  If you are not staying at the Hilton Milton Keynes but wish to attend the Networking Dinner then please call Charlie Smith on 019-08 354619 making it clear that you are booking for IIOM Dinner only.  You will need to pay by credit card.  After booking with the hotel please check that you have selected your menu choices on the IIOM website event registration page. Dinner bookings must be made by 4th February.
