IIOM UK Member Meeting - 5th & 6th June 2023

The next IIOM UK Members meeting is on Tuesday 6th June, at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon, SN5 8UZ. The meeting is kindly sponsored by Force Technologies Ltd.
The networking dinner will take place on Monday 5th June at 7.30 pm. This will be a seated 3 course dinner with waitress service. Delegates are required to register for the meeting on the IIOM site and select their menu choices if attending the networking dinner. Accommodation should be booked directly with the hotel.
It is a priority to keep everyone safe and adhere to any Covid-19 guidance and legislation in place. We ask that you do not attend if you are displaying Covid symptoms.
IIOM Member Meeting
The IIOM UK Member meeting on 6th June, will begin at 9.30 am and finish at around 3.30 pm. Guest and New Attendees will be invited to join a short introduction to IIOM at 8.50 am, prior to the Member Meeting.

Accommodation -
We have organised an allocation of bedrooms at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon on Monday 5th June. The cost of accommodation is £152 on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis based on single occupancy. Please note that the hotel were due to release most of our unsold rooms on 28th April but have agreed to extend this until 28th April. We recommend booking as early as possible. Bedrooms cancelled after 5th May will be charged in full.

Networking Dinner
The cost of attending the 3 course networking dinner is included in the accommodation rate, by booking your accommodation you will automatically be registered for dinner. You must however select your menu choices when registering on the IIOM site for the event. The menu is available to download from the event page. Click here to download the menu.
Dinner bookings for Non-residents – book and pay by 19th May
To book and pay to attend the dinner only the cost is £32. Please email [email protected] to request an invoice for dinner only. IIOM are collecting payments for dinner. Payment must be made to IIOM by 19th May at the latest, no bookings can be accepted after this date. You should make your menu selections when registering on the IIOM event page. Dinner only bookings have a no cancellation policy.
Car Parking
Parking is available at the hotel and is free, however you do need to register your car registration at reception.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bristol (45 miles). The nearest railway station is Swindon (4.5 miles).
